Brief bio: I am a medical doctor trained in public health. For my PhD at Institute of Tropical Medicine, Antwerp (ITM) a partner institution of IPH, I am studying the mechanisms through which management capacities at district level improve in response to training inputs using realist evaluation. My Masters in public health was on health systems management and policy at ITM. I have been with IPH since 2008.
