Land mark is Seetha Circle in Girinargar. Once you cross Seetha Circle traffic signals, on your right side you will see Vinayaka Hospital and next to that is Aahar Utsav restaurant, just opposite to Aahar Utsav you will see a is a small narrow road (right turn). Take that road and at the dead end of that road on the right side you will see Institute of Public health.
